SHIPPING, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for taking a moment to read our Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy as this policy governs our practices for shipping and delivery, returns, and refunds.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our products will only be shipped within the United States at this time. Currently, we use USPS, FedEx, and UPS as our courier services. The price of shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout. If available, tracking numbers and links will be provided in an email when the transit process begins.
On average, our fresh peppers should be consumed by or placed in the fridge (or freezer) two weeks from the harvest date. The peppers may be frozen in a freezer bag or vacuum sealed bag (best practice) for up to three months and retain their crisp and flavor. Frozen peppers should be thrown away if not consumed within six months of being frozen or the peppers have become soft and mushy with excessive juice escaping from the peppers when squeezed.
RETURNS
We stand behind our products and believe you will love our products just like us. But if you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For our consumable products please contact us within 48 hours and provide a copy of your purchase order. For our non-consumable products, items must begin the return process (begins after contacting us with your issue) within 30 days of purchase to be valid for a return and a refund (we do not issue return labels). We do not accept the return of any consumable products. We will provide an address for return in an email upon our approval for return.
REFUNDS
For consumable products: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to inform us of any issue you may have with your order. Depending on the circumstances we will either issue store credit, send a replacement order, or issue a refund. However, we reserve the right to decline any issuance of store credit, a replacement order, or a refund at any time.
For non-consumable products: Please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Depending on the issue, we may require you to send the product(s) back to us for a return (we do not issue return labels). Upon receiving the return item(s) or determining a return is not necessarily but a refund is warranted, we will either issue store credit, send a replacement order, or issue a refund. However, we reserve the right to decline any issuance of store credit, a replacement order, or a refund at any time.
Refund time: Like you, we would like the refund proceeds to be available to you within one day from processing your return; however, such a thing is out of our control. Please expect three to ten business days for your financial institution to have the funds available to you upon us issuing the refund.
COMPLIANCE AND CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If you choose to purchase our products or services, your order and any disputes is subject to this policy, our Terms and Conditions, and other policies, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law. If you have any concerns about this policy, please contact us, and we will try to resolve any issue. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy and at our discretion notify you of such changes by stating so in our newsletter, an email to you, and or making a statement on our website. We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes to this policy as well as checking our Terms and Conditions and other policies regularly. The purchase of a product or service will be subject to the version of this policy at the time of purchase.
